I did see the same tv cheaper, but with only a 1 year guarantee. The sales assistant I spoke to offered me the same price but with only a years guarantee but I've always had good service when shopping with richer sounds, so decided to pay the extra for the peace of mind. I prefer to buy from you than the chain I saw the item cheaper as you know what you are selling, it's not just a catalog number!
