I have been a customer of Richer Sound's, Solihull for some years and always found the staff both knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to help with your choice. Far better than a well known store beginning with the letter C----s. Also may I add that Richer Sound's Customer Services are exceptionally helpful to resolve an issue, as I found just recently with my Smart T.V. which developed screen problems. A guy name Daniel at R/S customer services was absolutely fantastic & went out of his way to sort out my problem. If only other Companies had such helpful staff at Customer Services as R/S do then we would all sleep better.
