We had a booked appt. for a demonstration of some equipment for home cinema. The knowledge and attitude of Dylan was excellent. Unfortunately the 3D technology proved very difficult to get to work. It did work eventually. I accept the reasons for the difficulty -that equipment in demo room is linked to 4 times as many machines as would be the case at home and that sometimes they fail to communicate - but it did not instill confidence. However we were happy to decide to buy the equipment we wanted. I have always found Richer Sounds staff friendly, professional and experts in their topic.
