Worst customer service! Their courier damaged the guitar due to mishandling. So far two weeks to resolve as Rich Tone are asking us to take full responsibility in getting the item safely back using their courier! Nothing but back and forth!!! Never had such a bad experience as this. So, if they wreck it again it becomes our responsibility? I don’t think so, matey. We’ll see you in the small claims court as you have been so negligent.
