Motorcycle Jacket I bought 8 months ago as part of a New Rider Pack is falling apart I've asked for an exchange but they are adamant that they have to send back to Spada the manufacturer for assessment for repair lol,the lining inside the jacket is coming away from the neck and the Velcro strip is coming apart on the front zipper.I sent pictures showing everything that was falling apart but it seems this is not enough.By sending it back it leaves me without a jacket!! And as I ride my bike every day to get to work and back I will have to buy another whilst it is away for repair!! More money!!!!Absolute joke of a company I will not be using them again that's for sure,really abysmal service.Stay well clear!!!
