The best customer service i have ever had.Didn't have to move my finger and got back 2K.On the top of it all i messed up my own tax initially so it turned out that i own money to the tax man.However i spoke with a few accountants.Most of them didn't want to know about it.Too much hustle.The ones that did want to do it ask me to do everything myself including spreadsheets.At the end i got in touch with Rift and that was it. Went to Ibiza ot Friday for a week. Came back and 3 days letter received the cheque.2K. Never seen anything like this company before.Above all Byron and Matt should get a promotions.These two do not mess about.Really friendly yet extremely profesional.Not sure about the women though.They were a bit dopey.Nevertheless best company ever.I haven't stop referring people to you guys.Never will. Keep up the good work. From one really really happy customer. PS:I am writing this review good 4 months after i got the money so you can't blame the euphoria.
