Grosvenor casino is part of a scam where customers can add £20 to their account and they are promised an Amazon Fire tablet through a company called Get More Nuts. I set up a Grosvenor account, added £20 and then claimed the free Amazon Fire tablet. The tablet never arrived. Get More Nuts will not respond and Grosvenor Casino will take no responsibility. Terrible customer service and Grosvenor Casino should be ashamed of themselves taking part in this scam.
