One star for actually turning up. If I could give a minus star I would. The problem my mum needed sorting was her back boiler stopped working. The so called engineer turned up and ,without taking the fire off and then investigating the boiler behind, he told her the boiler was old. He then said she needed a new boiler at a cost of about£5000. After charging her a call out fee of £160 he left. I contacted a proper professional gas engineer, Mick of Duston gas. He attended my mum's, went the extra mile and fixed the problem. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use these cowboys. Use Mick instead.
