Please check all reviews on other sites before using this company! Booked a repair for a boiler on the 13th February 2022 and an engineer attended the same day. We were advised we need a new valve and a cost of just under £200 which would be replaced the next day by the same engineer. £198 was taken on the engineer leaving and thats the last we heard. No engineer returned to our home the following day. Numerous calls were made to the company who advised us the price had now increased to over £300 and would increase more if the engineer was at our home for repair longer than 45 minutes. The call centre staff cannot provide any information re repair and will transfer you to another department who do not answer. After waiting as caller number 2 for 54 minutes I again called the general number to be told to keep holding. Yes I needed my boiler fixed but I am not stupid. As I have said before Please read other reviews on other sites. These mention the same complaints that I have raised, specifically with vulnerable people. It is also well worth searching the company itself, where it is based, facts figures and liquidation.
