My used 2014 PRS Custom 24 arrived next day, well packed. The bridge pickup mounting screw had come away from the treble side, so I only had to remove the pickup and found the spring inside and re-connected it. The setup was fine, but I've set the action to how I'd like it. Lovely guitar. (still waiting for the tremolo arm, which was missing in the package?
