Not missing a call and having a text with the information handy to refer back to when I couldn't get to their call was pinnacle. Even sometimes simply retrieving information to add to the calendar was a breeze, it was right there in a neatly compacted text. I would advise being ultra specific with the narrative and the staff whom are answering the phones. In our case we needed a more local feel with less questions.
