Ring Savvy has been a great addition to our business! We appreciate that Ring Savvy has multiple delivery methods for our messages (email, and text) and the ability to have emergency messages patched through to someone on-call is amazing! Rob reached out when they noticed we were going over our limit and triggering a larger bill than necessary. Ring Savvy switched up our plan and we have saved a little bit because of it! 4/5 stars because there is no online portal and sometimes the messages given do not have the detail our customer said they already relayed. Overall a great investment for peace of mind knowing your customers are getting through to someone and you can call them back with a detailed message on why they first called.
