Ring video door bell not as portrayed on commercials! We have the hardwired version, can't remember connecting model # but when someone rings the button by the time I get the message on my phone after it displays authenticating wait 10 to 30 seconds then connecting then another 20 to 30 seconds the person at the door is long gone! That's not what they show on commercials! Wouldn't sell too many showing what they would really see! Also about a 5 second delay on my voice coming out doorbell they don't show that either. If you want to find out who was at your door because there is such a delay you have to subscribe to additional montly service. Definitely not as advertised!!!
