Honestly. Not sure where to begin. I started purchasing from Ringside about ten years ago and up until 6 months ago they were a 5 Star company. Packages packed well, quick shipping, couldn’t beat the prices etc. As of late, I don’t know what had been going on. I’ve had to return multiple orders for damaged goods (items used to be wrapped in bubble foam, in slightly larger boxes for protection) now they’re just tossed into a small box and bound for damage. On top of this, ringside had the audacity to do this to me TWICE on a highly collectible figure. As well as orders being “in stock” not being shipped for weeks after paying extra for the “fastest” shipping available. It’s a shame this company was once a great, personable - now ruining its own reputation for, what seems to be, profit margins. I am extremely disappointed with what they’ve turned into.
