i ordered a parasol for my garden. when it didnt arrive i enquired. was told it was lost in tranit by the courier. was asked if i wanted another one sent. i said yes, but was then told that they were out of stock. got a full refund. noticed that they were back in stock so re ordered only to be told again that it was lost in transit by the courier. phoned them up. was told i would get a next day delivery. never appeared. emailed them. they gave me a tracking number. tracking number was invalid. no parasol. wont answer the phone to me. constant answering machine. very bad service indeed.
