Parcel arrived damaged. Receipt/return receipt torn. Wish to returns items so of which are not as described on website. No return prepaid label. Emailed customer service who phoned to say I could return items at a cost of £5.99 but only if I could print a return label and take the parcel to a Hermes store; nearest one over 10 miles away, park car, carry heavy parcel to store! Or I could arrange for a home collection at a cost of £12.00 but I would have to print out the return label and contact the courier company myself. Ludicrous service to the customer. Dreadful company and will avoid in the future.
