I ordered from rinkit recently and had an awful experience. Firstly my tracking number didn't work on the email they sent so was unable to see when my order would arrive. After sending an email to the customer services they said it will be with you in the next few days... this was already day 7 into there 3-5 day delivery guide. So I waited a couple of days... nothing asked again on the customer services they said it's been lost in transit.. why they didn't tell me that to begin with I don't know. They asked me if I would like a refund or a reorder, I requested a reorder and they said they would send me a confirmation email once dispatched and expect to be with me withing 3 days. No such email arrived and no parcel arrived... so had to ask yet again customer services and by this point i was getting frustrated now so asked for a refund at this point. The customer services sent me the tracking number and then the parcel arrived....... in AWFUL condition the bag was half ripped and my items were completely damaged. I have requested a refund for the shocking service but no response yet. Please do not shop here!!
