Appalling customer service and inaccurate product description. I ordered white marble coasters, as per the product description and image. The coasters I received were grey and not white by any standards. When I contacted the seller, I was advised that because they are made from natural stone the colour varies and that if they were unsuitable I would have to cover the postage cost to return them. There was no mention of colour variation in the product description, yet the seller had the nerve to argue that they state that they are made from natural marble which apparently means that that colour can vary!
