-Took them one month to ship my order.
-One item was missing, but they didnt even mention it.
-Had to contact their customer service via some annoying ticket system.
-Two days later their Reply: "Oh yeah sorry, this item was out of stock, we´ll refund that".
-I guess they wouldn´t have refund the money, if i didnt ask for it.
-Told them that I was extremly unsatisfied by their service.
-Their reply "We 100% understand, bye"
