Pathetic, absolutely pathetic how bad their service is. I bought a Christmas gift on the 7th of December last year for my girlfriend. They guaranteed the item would be delivered by the 25th of December (with Christmas) if you ordered before 10 December. I was already worried when they HAD NOT EVEN SHIPPED the order by the 20th, and as you can imagine, the Christmas gift did not arrive - and I had to come up with a makeshift second gift for Christmas. They do not allow refunds when the order has been confirmed, even though there's obviously no need to send it anymore at this point. I've contacted their customer "service" and they just do not respond. Ive tried 3 tickets with 3 different emails and its been over 2 weeks now. The order still has not arrived, nor has it been shipped. I have not heard anything about it so... I guess they either will send it at some point in the future or they're just plain scammers. Do not buy from them, their service is even worse than their League client.
