DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEH JUST SCAM YOU. Ordered something last week on Monday, and their website says only 2-3 days for processing, but I have received zero communication from them on the status of my item. Even though it hasnt been very long so far, Im reading all these reviews about peoples purchases taking almost months to arrive, oftentimes broken, and I hold no hope that my package will arrive at a reasonable time and undamaged. Trued to contact their customer service and they immediately sent an email saying they might take up to THIRTY DAYS to answer my request. So they have time to tell me theyre too busy, but not to actually do their job and send me my item. Or even to let me know that my item is taking a while, they send no information whatsoever which is incredibly irreseponsible. Never buying from these people again. I needed this item for a birthday, but Ill just stick to amazon forever. Once again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.
