If I could somehow give 0 stars I would. I paid almost $1,000 for a statue and it came broken and then when offered the replacement piece, it came broken as well because it had no padding to make sure the statue would be ok on its way to me. Now they have said nothing can be done and they can refund me $50 or the full price but I have to take care of the shipping and make sure it gets to them ok even though they did not extend that courtesy to me. Absolutely terrible experience. Never trust them or buy from them if you value your money. I've certainly learned my lesson. In short screw riot games.
