Gisela Pena answered email and found that the wrong (Visio 2010 not Project 2010) key was being sent. She was timely and courteous with the email and replies. The process to get to the correct key took too long and was a problem with me delivering a schedule on time. A phone contact and help line was needed to escalate and speed things up.
