The woman and mens multivitamins makes you burp up fish oil day and night. the customer service is awful. You can not talk to a person on the phone when you have a problem with your order. The person you chat with online does not help you either. I would not recommend this company or their products. I was a customer for over 2 years, but the product seemed to change and now is not so different we don't take it anymore, when I tried to pause my order, they sent it to me anyways even though I had email confirmation the order was paused. The online chat person was not helpful and did not refund my order even though I have been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money on their products. Very disappointing.
