Using the website to order our Weber BBQ was simple enough. However, I have to take a star away for the use of a pallet delivery company to deliver it - despite me contacting the haulier to warn them we live down a narrow track, they still sent a 10 ton truck, which promptly got stuck - and in 'unsticking itself' knocked a neighbours wall out of whack. So this ended up costing me an extra £40 to get our friendly farmer chap to rebuild! While I appreciate it's easier and cheaper to stick these 'barbies' on a pallet, there are other ways of delivering it; our previous BBQ's have been delivered by van, and have been just as substantial as this Weber! Certainly, when spending this amount of money, the delivery could and should have been better!
