Ordering was easy and straightforward. delivery was as promised and prompt, despite the Christmas holiday falling in the timeframe. The price was very competitive too.
Only suggestion for improving the service is for Riverside to ensure that the outer casing (box!) is secure, as it arrived without the base being secured/taped and thus the contents easily accessible. This also led to some of the polystyrene packing being damaged which could have led to damage of delicate parts of the BBQ.
