I chose to order a Weber Master Touch from Riverside prior to the Jubilee Weekend as I saw that they had next day delivery (and I wanted to use it for that weekend. I got confirmation of the delivery time from the parcel service and was looking forward to getting it. BUT it didn't come. And there was no information from Riverside (apart from that it hadn't left their side) despite me leaving messages on their website.
The day after it was due to arrive the site changed its notifications stating that there would be a delay in delivery - I then got notification that it would arrive on the Saturday - which thankfully it did.
However, the packaging was damaged when it arrived - fortunately, there was only a slight dent to the weber chimney I ordered and the BBQ itself was fine.
The item itself is absolutely fine but I was very disappointed not to have a reply or notification when the delivery was delayed and only finding out that there were delays when I actively looked myself.
