I ( ac lone female) recently attended a BBQ course at Riverside and it was fabulous! The two resident chefs/course hosts were brilliant - fun, factual, informative, experienced, knowledgable and very thorough. They definitely know their stuff and also how to impart their immense knowledge & wisdom onto all the attendees. The majority of attendees were male, but a complete ‘mixed bag’ of personalities and abilities. I learnt an incredible amount of stuff and loved it so much that i have booked again for December……why? Because the menu changes every season & I fancy the xmas BBQ season. The only thing that’s has disappointed me is…..we were promised (by email) the recipes and all the guidance notes, but I have received nothing, sadly.
