Ordered a Weber Fireplace (fire pit), cover and bag of logs. Despatch was within a couple of days, and I was kept informed of order progress throughout.
The downside was that they omitted to include the cover. I then had to contact customer services several times in order to rectify. After several days they admitted the fault was on their part (having checked the CCTV in their shipping dept.) and refunded the cost of the cover back to me, as they no longer had any stock.
