Good online service and also help at the telephone. Bought a Weber Master touch bbq - delivery quite prompt and good tracking from the Courier firm.
Slight defect problem on the ceramic paint finish but Riverside very helpful and contacted Weber UK and replacement dome lid due to be delivered by Weber in next week.
Pretty good service in rectifying fault so you cannot complain about that.
We would buy from Riverside again.
