I wrote, and send a review a few days ago. I was not very impressed with the supposed, Porsalain finish on the barbecue griddle I bought, it felt very rough, not the smooth, shiny finish I had expected. The first attempt at cooking bacon, because no oil or fat was recommended the bacon dried out, and was not very tasty.
I will persevere as I have little option, but at the moment the jury is still out with the over priced industry leading “Weber”griddle.
