The parasol is excellent. It seems secure even in the breeze. The operation is smooth but we did have to resort to Youtube for a lesson on how to erect it.
The biggest problem was that Dobbies from whom we purchased it did not tell us immediately that they do not do deliveries . How are customers supposed to manage the delivery of parasol and weight?
