Hi Team,
I was very pleased with the products when they arrived, my only criticism was that I paid for the express delivery of 1-2 days, but my products didn’t arrive until 3 days. I Queried the delay to which I received a reply firstly calling me by the wrong name, and then advising it was due to DPD delivering to the NHS as a priority, which I completely understand and agree with. However, If this is the case, it would make sense to remove the option of charging customers for express delivery when this time frame is very unlikely to be met.
