Cons: Sent a message regarding a partial refund to Riverside 1 week ago via https://www.riversidegardencentre.co.uk/contact/ , no answer yet. I understand that they may be busy at the moment, but some short answer by email like "we've got your message and will review it shortly, please stand by" would be good. But they keep silence. And yes, I checked Spam folder at Gmail. Still hope to get some answer.
