Product has a fault, reported on day of receipt when unpacking, the staff still have not resolved the fairly simple issue after 10 days and despite photographs sent and several calls always initiated by me. I said if it was not resolved soon they could collect it as it is not fit for purpose, I was told that I would have to pay the cost of return. I have made allowances for the lockdown but why can’t you solve it? I will be telephoning tomorrow 4th May and insisting you take it back at your cost.
