Alexander Rose parasol I received looked nothing like the picture on the website. Although I don’t have an issue with the product, when I tried to point out the inaccuracies in case they were unaware and mentioned the Trades Description Act I was accused of making threats and made to feel like a nuisance.
I have since found out they know the pictures aren’t accurate.
Interesting to read the other comments on customer service.
