Purchase: The online purchase of goods via Roof-Box Co Website was simple and straightforward, as was the general information regarding the products available. Excellent. Despatch & Delivery: Parcel(s) arrived as scheduled, thank you. However, I must raise a couple of issues relating to the packaging and delivery. The packaging of the Atera Strada DL3 was damaged. I raised this with the delivery driver who advised me that he had notified TNT that the package was damaged. I was also surprised that the packaging was a standard cardboard 'pack', I would have expected this item to carry the Altera Strada name and be of stronger material. Secondly, there was no receipt document in the plastic envelope attached to the parcel. I also queried this with the TNT driver who, unfortunately, could not explain why there was no receipt. I would be grateful for a receipt to be forwarded as soon as possible, to be kept with my purchase docs. The packaging for the 'Adapter'- rack (for 4th bike) was strong, undamaged and was clearly identified and carried the Atera Strada brand.
