Where do I start?
1.I ordered a Shanghai parasol and base from over 3weeks ago.
2. The base arrived,the packaging was damaged and parts were missing.
3.I informed you and mentioned that the parasol had not arrived.
4.The parts have just arrived but no parasol!
5. Sarah has emailed me to say that the parasol is lost in transit but could be with me
In around a week!
