Ordered a Weber Q 2000 series Patio cart online. The unit arrived promptly and I was keen to get it built and in use asap. However, part way through building I realised a part was missing. Riverside arranged replacement which arrived 2 days later. Then noticed yet another missing part - duly sent out. All good now - but it has taken a whole week to get all the parts to me.
