Was a little unsure of the site at first as the price of the products on the site were a fair bit cheaper than anywhere else but my item was dispatched within the timeframe stated and arrived promptly afterwards. Only difference between this and the likes of Amazon, etc. are that the item was due to be dispatched within 5-7 working days and was dispatched late on the 7th day - no chance of a next day delivery. But I saved about £300 on a TV so more than willing to wait a bit longer for that sort of saving.
