Lift breaks regularly and they are slow to respond. Security in communal areas .. post gets stolen but no one takes responsibility. Not informing residents (all renters) of a planning application that they had known about for months that if given the go ahead would affect every apartment … luckily planning department is obligated to contact all residents 🤞 it gets rejected. Really slow to fix plumbing issues …
