Would have given 5 stars (based on contact with Matthew, Lucie and Kate) but was dissatisfied by attitude and actions of the so-called "sales progression" lady, Sarah...Was so dissatisfied following her involvement that I would hesitate to recommend your firm or use you again if to do so would involve this staff member. Otherwise, the courtesy, efficiency and professionalism of Matthew, Lucie and Kate were exemplary.
