Despite being quite busy and clearly having lots of customer demand in the current circumstances, I felt their customer service was very good and they were attentive. The customer adviser in Newport who dealt with my car purchase was friendly, helpful and full of knowledge about the process of purchase from start to finish, and I was grateful to them for how well the car was prepared prior to collection, i.e. minor scratches dealt with, second pair of keys ordered and fresh MOT done. Overall, a good experience all round and I'd recommend this dealership to friends and family.
