Even 1 star is too much for Rockdoor.
I've had my door changed 3 times so far and it's still warping making it very hard to open the door. I was told the door I have now has reinforced steels and it would not warp, but 3 months after they've installed it the door has warped again.
Avoid this company at all costs, not worth price or the headache.
