Never received my order. Placed an order and a label created on Dec. 2. Didn't leave their facility until Dec 5. Delivery has been delayed twice since then. Nine days after my order was placed and there's still no delivery date. Tracking only shows "Arriving Late" for a Florida to Ohio. Never had a package shipped from FL take more than 4 days.
