I bought two D Series radiators for my lounge and both were faulty. The first 1600 had an oil leak and has stained my carpet. The second one was faulty but was left in my porch all over Xmas before it was collected. The other heater a 770 is replacing an existing Kyros heater by Rointe but the lead is much shorter, so isn’t compatible with my electrics. After all the trouble I’ve had, they now want to charge me to extend the cable another 6 inches when the engineer comes out to replace the faulty control panel. I’m not happy and won’t be recommending this company again🤢🤢🤢
