The hoverboard was superb better than those generic ones that were on auction sites ,for example the running time and reliability of the r1 board compared to generic boards was superior .
I had to once contact Rolab support and they were polite and fast to resolve the issue (missing remote and bag) which was partly my fault as the bag was hidden in the lower packaging.
The board ran well even in wet conditions (should really but hey kids will kids )
