The segway, our children purchased with their own money they saved hard for, stopped working within 6 months of purchase. We contacted Rolab's to ask for a form via email to warranty the product under the 1 year warranty, that was the 18th September 2020 and we haven't heard anything, even though we have tried several times and have also tried their phone number which is out of service.
