After ordering a swegway from a site that claimed to be UK based and receiving a product that was infact from China and very poor quality i did some proper homework and contacted Rolab, the guy I spoke to was very helpful, answered all my questions and really put my mind at rest that I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice. I ordered the R2 and it is amazing, it was a Christmas present for my 8 year old son who absolutely loves it. The quality is fantastic, and it really looks the business. I also ordered a silicone protective sleeve and this arrived the next day. If I was ever looking to order another one (and I'm very tempted for myself ha) I wouldn't go anywhere else. Please don't be fooled by these other sites claiming to be UK certified, I would never want anyone to go through the stress I am having trying to get my money back via a paypal disbute a month on. I cant recommend this company enough, they have been great, and the proof is in the product, you certainly wont be disappointed!
