I was dreading the prospect of buying my Son and Daughter Swegway’s after their friends had them for Christmas and I had heard the stories of wrong models and colours being delivered and the none existent customer service their parents had encountered. I caved in to the constant badgering to get them a Swegway each and set about finding the best product price and company I could having looked at specifications and read dozens and dozens of reviews I decided to go with the Rolab R1 one in Pink camo and one in Blue camo and I have been delighted with the product and service I have received I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone it’s a mine field buying a Swegway but Rolab made it easy and stress free I will use them again for the kart attachments in the near future.
